Terms &
Conditions
Breakage Policy
Due to the nature of the product, breakages will occur
during transportation.
Please allow for up to 5%
non-replaceable breakages.
Deliveries
All bricks delivered will be offloaded outside the premises
or at the nearest accessible point. If our drivers are requested to enter a
premises against their original judgement, Brickmakers (Pty) Ltd will not
accept liability for any damages that might result to property. Offloading area
must be level.
Delivery addresses must be correctly supplied with your
order. If incorrect, and a second attempt at delivery must be made, this will
not be executed until payment for the extra trip has been received. Should
orders be cancelled after delivery, or should we have to remove bricks for
reasons other than that relating to incorrect bricks being delivered on our
part, refunds will exclude delivery charges.
General
Customers are given a delivery date when paying an order,
and should arrange for someone to receive the bricks. Should there not be
anyone on site to receive the bricks, the bricks will be offloaded at the
nearest accessible point. No bricks will be moved if offloaded incorrectly due
to there not being someone to receive the bricks.
No customer will be phoned before delivery is done, unless
specifically instructed by the customer when the order is placed.
Any orders of more than 5000 bricks may be subject to a
delivery schedule of a load every day or every second day. Please confirm this
before ordering.
Payment
Credit, Debit and Cheque cards gladly accepted (Excluding
Diners Club). Direct cash deposits and internet transfers are subject to
payment reflecting on our bank statements.
NO CASH PAYMENTS AT FACTORY OR FACTORY OUTLETS.
